Kingshine Plastic Machinery successfully developed the parallel twin screw equipment and applied it to the spc floor production line.


Parallel twin screw extruder is an efficient mixing and extrusion equipment, which has obvious advantages. The extruder is equipped with advanced and beautiful control system, most of its control components are imported with good quality and high sensitivity, so it is very convenient to operate, and the requirements for operators are not high.


The advantages of parallel twin screw extruder are as follows:


1. Twin-screw extruder has a wide range of applications and can be used in the processing of a variety of materials.


2. The accurate measurement and reasonable feeding mode of twin-screw extruder are the key to strictly carry out the formula, and it is also the first step to ensure the quality of products. In the maintenance of equipment, the ordinary twin-screw extruder often removes the heating and cooling system, and then pulls out the screw as a whole. However, the split twin screw is not needed, just loosen a few bolts, turn the worm gear box handle device to lift the upper half of the cylinder, open the whole cylinder, and then carry on the maintenance. This not only shortens the maintenance time, but also reduces the labor intensity.


5. Plastic modified granulator intuitively understands the wear of vulnerable parts. Because of the convenience of opening, the wear degree of threaded components and barrel bushes can be found at any time, so as to carry out effective maintenance or replacement.
